Itinerary

Day 01: Nagpur- Kanha National Park (285 Kms/ 06 Hrs drive)
Upon your arrival at Nagpur Railway Station/ Airport, our tour representative welcomes you and take a straight drive towards the Kanha National Park. The lush sal, grassy meadows bamboo forests, and ravines of Kanha provided inspiration to Rudyard Kipling for writing his famous novel ” The Jungle Book”. The Kanha National Park came into being in 1955 and forms the core of the Kanha Tiger Reserve, created in 1974 under Project Tiger. The Kanha National Park’s landmark achievement is the preservation of the extincted  hardground Swamp Deer (Barasingha). Kanha is one of the most well maintained National Parks in Asia  due to its stringent conservation programs for the overall protection of the Park’s fauna and flora.

Upon arrival in Kanha, check into the resort. The evening is free to explore the bird watching experience in and around the resort & local area. Later, enjoy the evening tea in the wilderness of Kanha. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

Day 02: Kanha National Park
In the morning, embark on jeep for Jungle Safari into the national park with trained wildlife naturalists. After game safari, return to the resort followed by breakfast.

Rest of the day is free to explore the surrounding sights. Post lunch in the afternoon, it’s time to board the open jeep to enjoy wildlife safari at Kanha National Park. In the evening, return for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03: Kanha National Park to Nagpur
In the morning, go out for a jungle safari to explore the flora & fauna of Kanha Tiger Reserve. Later, return to the resort. Enjoy breakfast at the resort and check-out of the resort, and drive to Nagpur. Upon arrival in Nagpur, you will be transferred to the Railway Station/ Airport for onwards journey.
