Overview

Panj Takht Tour Package, as the name suggest, this travel pack will take you to all to the five famous Gurudwaras in India. That has a special significance in Sikh community – Sri Akal Takht Sahib (Amritsar), Takht Sri Damdama Sahib (Bhatinda), Takht Sri Keshgarh Sahib (Anandpur). And Takht Sri Patna Sahib (Patna) and Takht Sri Hazur Sahib (Nanded). Takhts are mainly the supreme seats or thrones of temporal power. And religious authority in Sikhism. One can simply determine the value of the places from the fact that Sikhs should visit. All these places at least once in a lifetime. All these places leave a powerful spiritual and emotional impact on pilgrims.

This eleven days Sikh pilgrimage tour starts from Amritsar (Punjab)  where you see the spectacular Golden Temple. Harmandir Sahib famously known as Golden temple is home to the Akal Takht. After this you drive to Bhatinda to see the Takht Sri Damdama Sahib.  From Bhatinda you drive to Takht Sri Keshgarh Sahib, located in Anandpur Sahib. 

After this you take a train from Chandigarh to Delhi and visit the Gurudwaras in Delhi Shri Bangla Sahib, Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib, and then visit the Red Fort and other historical monuments.  Thereafter you take a flight from Delhi to Patna to visit the second Panj Takht, Takht Sri Patna Sahib, the place where Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru, was born.

After this, you board a flight from Patna to Hyderabad and go by road to Nanded where you will visit and even stay in the last takht of the tour, Takht Sri Hazur Sahib. In Hazur Sahib, you attend the famous evening aarti. And enjoy the laser & dancing musical fountain show. You can also visit the Gurudwara Shri Nanak Jhira Sahib, which is located in Bidar, Karnataka. It has a strong association with Sikhism. It is hometown of Bhai Sahib Singh, one of the Panj Pyare (five beloved ones). The first members of Khalsa.

After exploring the other Gurudwaras of Nanded you go back to Hyderabad and take the flight to your onwards destination.

Itinerary

Day 01 : Arrive Amritsar
On your arrival at Amritsar airport, meet our representative & transfer to the prebooked hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight stay in Amritsar.

Day 02 : Amritsar
Post breakfast, visit the Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple). And after a brief tour, visit Tarn Taran Sahib, Gobindwal Sahib, Summer Palace of Maharaja Ranjit Singh, Gurdwara Shida Sahib (Baba Deep Singh Jee Shahid), Gurdwara Ramsar Sahib, Gurdwara Lohgarh Sahib, Gurdwara Chheharta Sahib. In the evening, visit the Wagah Border. Later come back to the hotel. Overnight stay in Amritsar.

Day 03 : Amritsar to Bathinda
Morning after breakfast drive to Talwandi Sabo, Bathinda. Visit Takhat sri damdama sahib. Rest of the day will be free at leisure. Overnight stay in Bathinda.

Day 04 : Bathinda to Anandpur Sahib
Post breakfast drive to Anandpur Sahib and visit Takht Sri Keshgarh Sahib. It is the birthplace of the Khalsa. The order of the Khalsa was founded here by Guru Gobind Singh in 1699. Later drop at Chandigarh railway station to take train to Delhi. Pickup from Delhi railway station and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Delhi

Day 05 : Delhi Sightseeing
After breakfast, visit Gurudwara of Shri Bangla Sahib, Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib, and then visit the Red Fort, Damdama Sahib, Mata Sundri Gurudwara, Gurudwara Nanak Piao. Overnight stay at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 06 : Delhi to Patna
Morning after breakfast check out and transfer to Delhi airport to connect the flight to Patna. Later our representative will greet you at Patna airport and proceed for Patna Sahib Gurudawara sahib Ji , After Freshenup leave for Takht Patna Sahib enjoys the privilege of being the birthplace of the Tenth Guru Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji. He was born here on December 22, 1666. There stands, at the sacred place a magnificent holy shrine, called Takht Sri Harmandir Sahib. It is situated in one of the old quarters of Patna city, once known as Kucha Farrukh Khan, now known as Harmandir Gali. Overnight stay in Patna.

Day 07 : Patna
Morning after breakfast day will be free at leisure. Overnight stay in Patna.

Day 08 : Patna to Hyderabad. Transfer to Nanded
Morning after breakfast transfer to the airport to take flight to Hyderabad. Upon arrival at Hyderabad airport, meet our representatives, who will take you to Hazur Sahib Nanded. In the evening attend Hazur Sahib Aarti and Shastra Darshan at Hazur Sahib & Later enjoy Sikh Guru History Laser Show at Gobind bagh (19:00-20:30). After Guru Ka Langer transfer to the hotel. Overnight Stay at hotel in Nanded.

Day 09 : Hazur sahib and local Gurudwara
In the morning, post breakfast visit visit Sachkhand Shri Hazur Sahib and all the gurudwaras in Nanded – Gurudwara NaginaGhat, Sahib, Gurudwara Banda Ghat Sahib, Gurudwara Shikar Ghat Sahib, Gurudwara Gowli Sahib, Gurudwara Hira Ghat, Gurdwara Mata Sahib ji, Gurudwara Maltekdi, Gurdwara Sangat Sahib Ji. Overnight stay in Nanded.

Day 10 : Nanded To Hyderabad Via Bidar
Post breakfast, you will drive to Gurudwara Shri Nanak Jhira Sahib in Bidar, Later transfer to Hyderabad. Check in the hotel and stay overnight in Hyderabad.

Day 11 : Hyderabad Airport Drop
Post breakfast, day is free at leisure till your checkout. Later checkout and transfer to the Hyderabad airport to take flight to your onwards destination.
