Situated at the confluence of three mountain streams – Muthirapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala, and perched about 1600 m above sea level, the hill station of Munnar once used to be the summer resort of the erstwhile British administration in south India.

Located on the Kerala-Tamil Nadu border, Periyar with its cool chimes and agreeable greenery has a wide zone for travellers to chill out. Small, serene and startling, the land is blessed with nature’s beauty. The picturesque hill town holds great opportunity for treks and mountain walks. Periyar is part of Thekkady district. One can’t afford to miss this part of Kerala.

Alappuzha or, erstwhile Alleppey is a true splendour of Kerala. It is a tiny district of Kerala and looks like the place that has come straight from God’s own paintbrush. Often deemed as the ‘Venice of East’ by many travellers, this backwater state is also home to diverse range of animals and birds. Alleppey is simply the most magical place on the earth. During the monsoon season, tourists can witness the true splendours of Alleppey. The backwaters look scenic; the sea is seething and turbulent yet jaw-dropping. In recent years, Alleppey has emerged as a renowned destination for backwaters. Imagine, a waterway flanked by palm fringes on its side and a lush carpet of greenery. This site can take anyone’s imagination to a new dimension. Alleppey, the water locked district, is picturesque and poetic all at once.
