Day 1: Mumbai
Upon your arrival at the Mumbai International airport, our representative will meet you and transfer you to your pre-booked hotel. Complete the check-in formalities. Later, rest of the day is free for individual activities. In the evening, you may take a stroll to the nearby market of Mumbai. Later return to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 2: Mumbai
On day 2, head for a full day Mumbai city tour. Visit St John’s Church at Fort, Flora Fountain at the Hutama Chowk, Marine Drive, Chowpatty Beach, Hanging Gardens in Malabar Hills, Gateway of India and the Juhu Beach. Evening will be free for shopping and other individual activity. Later return to the hotel. Stay overnight in Mumbai.
Day 3: Mumbai to Ahmedabad (By Flight)
Post breakfast check out and get transferred to Mumbai airport to board flight to Ahmedabad. Arrive Ahmedabad and get greeted by our tour representative. Get assisted transfer to hotel and stay overnight.
Day 4: Ahmedabad
After having breakfast, go for the sightseeing tour of Ahmedabad and visit the Calico Museum of Textile. This is one of India’s finest specialized museums. Later, enjoy an excursion to Kankaria Lake. Also visit the magnificent Mosque of Siddi Saiyad for its exquisite stone carvings and the other major tourist attractions of Ahmedabad covering the white-marbled Hathee Singh’s temple, Sabarmati Ashram, the beautiful Jama Masjid, Dada Hari Baoli and Shaking Minarets. In the evening return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 5: Ahmedabad - Dasada
After breakfast, you leave for Dasada and en route stopover in Modhera- mainly famous for ancient Sun Temple, dedicated to Hindu’s Sun God; and Patan- dotted with temples, mosques and other structures dating back to the era bygone. Later, continue driving straight to Dasada. Upon arrival, check-in at the pre-booked hotel. While staying at Dasada, enjoy a cross-desert safari across the Little Rann of Kutch in open jeeps. In winter, it is also home to migratory birds such as flamingos, MacQueen’s Bustard etc. Later return to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 6: Dasada - Bhuj
Post breakfast, checkout from the hotel and our representative will take you to your next destination Bhuj. Upon arrival at the hotel complete the check-in formalities. Spend the afternoon resting and relaxing in your room. Later, set off for sightseeing of Kutch Museum, the oldest museum of Gujarat and Palace of Rao Pragmalji. Thereafter, return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7: Bhuj
Post breakfast, proceed to explore the Bhuj city famous for its palaces, Hindu temples and wooden pavilions. During the sightseeing of Bhuj you will visit Prag Mahal, Swaminarayan temple, Kakkad Bhit Yaksha, Aina Mahal, Kachchh Museum and the Bhartiya Sanskruti Darshan. Also, get the permit license for visiting Banni Village (for foreigners) to watch traditional desert villagers. In the evening, return to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 8: Bhuj
On day 8 start early in the morning and proceed to Mandvi which houses the summer palace of Bhuj Maharaj. Later return to the hotel followed by breakfast. And then set off for excursion to Mandvi beach, one of the finest beaches on the coastline of Gujarat. During the sightseeing you will visit the major tourist attractions of Mandvi village like the Swaminarayan temple, Vijay Vilas Palace, Topansar Lake and Bandini Bazaar. After sightseeing return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 9: Bhuj - Rajkot
After breakfast, drive to Rajkot. On the way, make a on the way stop at Morbi and Wankaner- both influenced and ornamented with European architecture and culture. By afternoon, you will reach Rajkot and check in to your hotel. In a short while, you proceed for the sightseeing tour, which includes Rotary Doll Museum. Thereafter, return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 10: Rajkot - Sasangir
After breakfast, check out and leave for Sasangir. On the way, you stop at Shri Jalaram Bappa temple for Darshan and Junagarh to visit- Uparkot Fort (built by Chandra Gupt Maurya, dating back to 319 BC) and Mahaprabhuji’s Baithak. Thereafter, continue journey to Sasangir. Upon arrival at Sasangir, check-in at the resort followed by an overnight stay.
Day 11: Sasan Gir
Today early in the morning, leave to explore the Gir National Park. The Gir National Park was built to conserve the Asiatic lion-classified as one of the World’s most threatened species. Later, visit the Kamleshwar Dam situated in the centre of Sasan-Gir National Park. Enjoy an overnight stay at one of our listed wildlife resorts.
Day 12: Sasan Gir - Diu
After breakfast in the morning, check out from the hotel and drive down to Diu. En-route, halt to visit Somnath – the temple city. Somnath is the home to one of the 12 Jyotirlings of India. After visiting Somnath temple, we continue journey to Diu. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Rest and relax for a while. Thereafter, proceed for the sightseeing tour of Diu and visit Bunder Chowk, St. Paul’s Church. Return to the hotel followed by overnight stay.
Day 13: Diu
Post breakfast, again set off to visit the other tourist attractions of Diu including Gangeshwar Temple, Diu Museum, Gomtimata Beach, Ghoghla Beach, Diu Fort, Nagoa Beach, Fortress of Panikota and Jallandhar Beach. Later in the evening, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 14: Diu – Bhavnagar
After breakfast, leave from Diu to reach Bhavnagar. On arrival at Bhavnagar, check-in at the pre-booked hotel. After relaxing, visit the major tourist hotspots like the Nilambagh, the Gangajalia temple and the Gandhi Smriti Memorial. Also, visit the Takhteshwar temple and the Lock Gate. In the evening, enjoy an excursion to Gaurishankar Lake. Thereafter, return to the hotel followed by an overnight stay.
Day 15: Bhavnagar to Vadodara
In the morning after breakfast, proceed to Vadodara by road. On reaching Vadodara, check-in at the pre-booked hotel. After straitening your backs, embark on a sightseeing tour of Vadodara and visit Pratap Vilas Palace, Nazarbaug Palace, Laxmi Vilas Palace and the Makarpura Palace. Later pay a visit to the Aurobindo Ashram and Kanderao Museum also. Overnight stay in Vadodara.
Day 16: Vadodara
On day 16, after breakfast, proceed to explore the other major tourist attractions of Vadodara like Hazira Maqbara, EME temple, Mandvi City, Kala Goda, Nyay Mandir. In the afternoon, visit some of the famous museums covering Maharaj Fateh Singh Museum, Vadodara Museum and the Picture Gallery. After long day get back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 17: Vadodara to Mumbai (By flight)
After breakfast in the morning, check out from the hotel and get assisted transfer to Vadodara airport to board the flight to Mumbai. On reaching Mumbai airport, board a flight for onward destination.
