Day 01: Arrival Delhi
On arrival at Delhi airport, meet our representative who will be there for your welcome and afterwards to drive you to the prebooked hotel in Delhi. Relax and overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi
In the morning after breakfast, leave for a long tour through the capital city. Start with the Laxmi Narayan Temple and then proceed to India Gate- a cenotaph commemorating Indian martyrs, Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhavan and Jama Masjid -India’s largest mosque. Visit the Qutab Minar, historical, Humayun’s Tomb, Purana Quila and Jantar Mantar observatory. Pay homage at Raj Ghat- Mahatma Gandhi’s memorial. Later, witness the vivacious Light & Sound Show at Red Fort, a striking beauty in red sandstone. Return to hotel for overnight stay. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 03: Delhi to Agra
Departing early this morning, you will catch the high-speed train to Agra which takes approx. 1.5 hrs to Agra. Both way transfers will be provided to and fro Railway station. Later, Check into the hotel and post lunch you will visit the mighty Agra Fort, a vast riverside complex comprised of exquisite palaces and mosques. From there you will head to the iconic Taj Mahal during sunset which is an extraordinary time of the day to visit as the marble takes on gold and pink hues making it a wonderful and atmospheric time to see this stunning mausoleum. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04: Agra to Panna
Get transferred to the station to take train again and head towards Jhansi, which will take approx three hours. On arrival in Jhansi you will meet your private chauffeur and guide and hit the road towards Panna National Park where you will have the next two nights. The drive will take just over four hours and on the way your guide will stop at Khajuraho, famous for its Chandela Temples and well worth exploring. From here you will continue the journey to Panna National Park which is a great park to start your wildlife experience in India. Arrive and check into the lodge. Dinner and stay overnight.
Day 05: Panna National Park
Today, you will be exploring the national park. Here they have recently introduced tiger, but is also great for mugger crocodile and leopard. You would also love exploring the local villages around the lodge which simply take you back in time. Dinner and overnight stay in lodge.
Day 06: Panna to Bandhavgarh
Have breakfast, followed by assisted transfer to the Bandhavgarh National Park. Known for its highest density of tiger population in India, this national park is also a breeding ground for various species of deer and leopards. Once you arrive at the Bandhvgarh national park, complete the check-in formalities at the lodge. In the afternoon, post lunch, indulge in wildlife viewing during a jungle safari. Post dinner, overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 07: Bandhavgarh National park
Today go for wildlife safari accompanied by a naturalist. Covering an area of 446 sq. km, this national park is a famous natural hub for White Tigers and has highest density of tiger population in India. It is abode to a vast variety of exotic flora and fauna. In the afternoon, explore the the park via jeeps. During your safari, you can spot animals like sambar, Bengal tigers, grey mongoose, sloth bear, python, rat snake, red jungle fowl, nilgai, chinkara, wild boar and many more. Stay overnight in the lodge.
Day 08: Bandhavgarh
Today, enjoy two jeep safaris in the Bandhavgarh National Park. In the morning, enjoy a jeep safari in the park and elephant safari in the evening. Stay overnight in the Lodge.
Day 09: Bandhavgarh to Kanha
Post breakfast in the morning, proceed to Kanha National Park. By lunch, arrive and check in at one of our listed lodges at Kanha National Park. Kanha National Park is the place where Rudyard Kipling wrote his famous novel ‘The Jungle Book’ and today, it’s a popular tiger reserve. Stay overnight in the lodge.
Day 10: Kanha
For the 10th day, you have 4 jungle safaris on the cards. Explore the majestic species residing in the National Park. Stay overnight at the lodge in Kanha.
Day 11: Kanha to Pench
Today, proceed to Pench National Park by road. Driving again you will have a similar journey of around four hours. Pench National Park, spread across 750 kilometers, is a famous wildlife sanctuary in Central India also recognized as the 19th Project Tiger. Upon arrival, check into the lodge and stay overnight.
Day 12: Pench
The day 12 is scheduled for two wildlife safaris (morning and evening) in the Pench National Park. Rest of the day will be at individual activity. Stay overnight at the lodge.
Day 13: Pench to Mumbai
Post breakfast in the morning, hit the road to Nagpur. Thereafter, you will be transferred to Nagpur airport to board flight to Mumbai. Upon arrival at the Mumbai airport, our representative will assist you in smooth transfer to the hotel. Arrive and check into the hotel. Stay overnight in Mumbai
Day 14: Mumbai
In the morning, you will be transferred to the Gateway of India. Then there is Elephanta Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its temples carved from solid rock predominantly dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. It is located on an island which is approx 10 kilometers away from Mumbai. The main attraction here is the three-headed bust of Lord Shiva, popularly known as ‘Trimurti’. Thereafter, go on for the city tour. Later, make a stop at the Gateway of India for photo, drive past monuments built during the British era such as Rajabai Clock Tower, Mumbai University, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (VT) and High Court.
You can also stroll across Fashion Street, a stretch famous for its clothing and accessories. Drive past Marine Drive and later ascend the Malabar Hill to visit the beautifully adorned Jain Temple, the Hanging Garden and Kamala Nehru Park. Post sightseeing, return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 15: Mumbai (Departure)
Today, in the morning after breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for your onwards journey.
