Day 1: Arrival Mumbai
On your arrival at Mumbai Airport, get a assisted transfer to the hotel and do the check in formalities. Later, the evening will be free to relax and explore the nearby places. For instance, you can visit the famous Juhu Beach and watch the sun in reddish hues. You can also taste the mouth-watering ‘Pav-Bhaji’ on the beach. Overnight stay in Mumbai.
Day 2: Mumbai Sightseeing
On day 2, head for a full day Mumbai city tour. Visit St John’s Church at Fort, Flora Fountain at the Hutama Chowk, Marine Drive, Chowpatty Beach, Hanging Gardens in Malabar Hills, Gateway of India and the Juhu Beach. Evening will be free for shopping and other individual activity. Later return to the hotel. Stay overnight in Mumbai.
Day 3: Mumbai to Lonavala
Today, get all set to get transferred to Lonavala, a beautiful hill town which is approx. 96 kms from Mumbai by road. While on the way, soak-in the cool breeze and treat your eyes to the lush greenery spread over. Upon reaching Lonavala, check-into your hotel. You are now free to explore the lakes, waterfalls and caves of this amazing hill town. Some of attractions include Bhaja Caves, Karla Caves and Koregad fort-ideal for trekking expedition. Stay overnight in Lonavala.
Day 4: Lonavala to Khandala
Post breakfast, leave for Khandala which is just 5 kms away. Enjoy at Bhushi Dam & enjoy the refreshing environment of Khandala. Later return to the hotel and stay overnight in Lonavala.
Day 5: Lonavala to Matheran
Post breakfast, begin journey to Matheran located at a distance of 30 kms. On arrival, do the check-in formalities and go to explore the serene surroundings. Visit famous points like Louisa, Garbut Point and Echo. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 6: Matheran to Nasik
Morning after breakfast check out and proceed to Nasik. Nasik, located on the bank of river Godavari is an ancient holy city in the state Maharashtra. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon visit Panchvati- a temple complex, Sunder Narayan Temple, Sita gufaa, where Lord Rama and Goddess Sita are said to have worshipped and Trimbakeshwar Temple. Later return to the hotel and stay overnight in Nasik.
Day 7: Nasik to Shirdi
After having breakfast check out from the hotel and leave for Shirdi which is located at 2 hours drive from Nasik. Shirdi is popularly known as the home of the late saint Sri Sai Baba. After arriving at Shirdi, check-in at the pre-booked hotel. Later, go to have Darshan at the popular Sai Baba temple. Spend the day in Shirdi as per individual activity. Stay overnight in Shirdi.
Day 8: Shirdi to Aurangabad
After breakfast, begin the 4-hour journey to Aurangabad. Arrive and check-in at the hotel. Later proceed for city tour and visit the Daulatabad Fort, Bibi ka Maqbara that looks like Taj Mahal and Deogiri Fortress. Later, you will cover Panchakki, a striking water mill. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 9: Ellora Caves Excursion
Post breakfast, go for a full day tour to Ellora Caves, one of the largest rock-cut monastery-temple cave complexes in the world, featuring Hindu, Buddhist and Jain monuments. Ellora is 30 kms northwest from the Aurangabad city. During your visit, you will be exploring 34 cave temples, consisting of 12 caves Buddhist caves, 17 Hindu caves and 5 Jain caves. Overnight stay in Aurangabad.
Day 10: Ajanta Caves Excursion
Drive early in the morning to Ajanta, distant about 102 kms from Aurangabad. Reach and visit Ajanta Caves a UNESCO World Heritage Site that houses the masterpieces of Buddhist religious art and the largest corpus of surviving ancient Indian wall-painting. Stay overnight in Aurangabad
Day 11: Aurangabad to Mumbai
Post breakfast start your journey back to Mumbai and get assisted transfer to Mumbai airport to catch flight to onwards destination.
